Straciatella ice cream from the ice cream machine

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Whisk the cream, milk, vanilla sugar, and sugar together, then stir in the egg. Pour the ice cream mixture into the ice cream maker. Now chop the chocolate into pieces. Add the chocolate pieces to the ice cream maker just before the ice cream is ready.
