Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 200 g butter, in small pieces
  • 200 g chocolate, whole milk (couverture) in small pieces
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 tbsp red wine
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place butter and sugar in a 1-liter microwave container and melt for about 4 minutes at 600 watts. Stir occasionally. Stir in the sugar until completely dissolved. Stir in the red wine, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Cook in a silicone Bundt pan for 10 minutes at 600 watts. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then turn out onto a wire rack and let cool.
