Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 500 g flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 400 ml carbonated mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy, gradually add the eggs, and finally stir in the flour, baking powder, and seltzer until smooth. Bake the batter in a preheated waffle iron until golden brown.
