Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 150 g peas, frozen
  • 300 g cream
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 800 g tortelloni from the refrigerated section
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Cut the cooked ham into strips and add it with the peas, sautéing briefly. Add the cream and sour cream, mix everything together, and heat. Heat the tortelloni in it. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and stir into the sauce to thicken. Bring to a boil once. Season with salt and pepper.
