Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1.2 kg potatoes, small
- salt water
- 2 onions
- 100 g mountain cheese
- 100 g bacon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Wash and brush the potatoes, and cook in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then drain, peel if necessary, and halve. Peel and slice the onions, dice the bacon, and sauté both in heated oil for 3-4 minutes. Add the parsley. Grate the cheese. Transfer the potatoes to an ovenproof dish and season with pepper. Spread the bacon mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at about 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
