Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g sugar
  • 200 ml oil
  • 200 ml Baileys Irish Cream, preferably with coffee flavor
  • 50 g chocolate shavings
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Fat, for the glasses
  • Breadcrumbs, for the glasses

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease Weck jars or twist-off jars and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Whisk together the eggs and sugar until dissolved. Add the oil and Baileys and mix. Stir in the chocolate shavings, flour, and baking powder. Fill the jars halfway with the batter and place in the oven for 40 minutes. After baking, remove the jars from the oven and immediately seal to create a vacuum. The specified amount is also sufficient for a 30 cm springform pan.
