Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g potato(s), floury, cooked the day before, grated
- 250 g flour
- ½ bag(s) of baking powder
- ½ bag(s) of vanilla sugar
- 40 g butter, melted
- 3 tbsp raisins
- Fat, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Beat the sugar and eggs until frothy, then add the remaining ingredients. Finally, add the raisins and melted butter. Using a teaspoon, form dumplings and place them in the hot oil. Bake until golden brown, turn over, remove, and drain.
