Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 250 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- Fat for frying, approx. 1 kg
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
for approx. 30 carnival cakes
Make a dough from the ingredients. Roll out very thinly. Cut out pieces. Heat the oil and deep-fry the pieces. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar. This quantity makes about 30 pieces.
