Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 270 g puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
- 185 g pesto of your choice
- possibly Nutella
- possibly chocolate sprinkles
- possibly desiccated coconut
- possibly powdered sugar
- possibly sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
delicious, simple and a good party snack and you can add anything you like, sprinkle – according to your choice
Unroll the puff pastry and spread with pesto, leaving a small edge free. Roll the dough up from one long side. Now cut the roll into 1 cm thick slices. Place the snails on baking sheets lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the snails one at a time for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. For a sweeter version, spread the puff pastry with Nutella and decorate the snails with powdered sugar, chocolate sprinkles, coconut flakes, or sugar after baking.
