Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 200 ml cream
- 2 chili peppers, mild
- 100 g Camembert(s) (Geramont)
- 1 medium egg yolk
- 2 pinch(s) of vegetable bouillon, instant
- 2 dashes lemon juice
- 30 cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, blanch the cherry tomatoes in boiling water and remove the skin. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds and inner skin. Chop the chili peppers into small pieces. Dice the Camembert. Heat the cream with the chili pieces. Dissolve the Camembert in the cream. Whisk the egg yolk and stir it into the sauce. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Season everything with vegetable stock and lemon juice. Arrange the pasta on plates, garnish with the cherry tomatoes, and serve.
