Penne with cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 350g penne
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 200 ml cooking cream 7%
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 g zucchini
  • 50 g onion(s), red
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • e.g. parsley, fresh
  • n. B. Wild garlic, fresh
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Reserve some of the cooking water when draining. Chop the zucchini and onions as desired and sauté in a little oil. Add the tomato paste, simmer briefly, and then deglaze with the cream. Add the cream cheese. Chop the parsley and wild garlic as desired/to taste and add to the sauce along with the paprika and garlic powder. Let the sauce simmer for a short time, then add the Parmesan cheese. Finally, add a little of the pasta water to the sauce. Mix the pasta with the sauce and serve.
