Sparkling wine – sorbet

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of sparkling wine, sweet
  • 5 tbsp sugar, more or less, as desired
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, more or less, to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Freeze the sparkling wine into ice cubes. Allow at least 3 hours for this. Let the sparkling wine ice cubes thaw slightly. Meanwhile, dissolve the sugar in a little warm water and add the lemon juice. Place everything in a blender, chop finely, divide between bowls, and serve immediately.
