Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry (roll from the refrigerated section)
- 500 g beans, green beans (weighed after cleaning)
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
- 300 g cheese (soft cheese)
- salt and pepper
- chili
- savory
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Lay out the puff pastry on a deep baking sheet. Trim and wash the beans, and cook them in salted water until al dente. Brown the minced meat with the diced onion until crumbly, adding garlic if desired. Then pour in the peeled canned tomatoes and simmer briefly. Season generously with salt, pepper, chili, and savory. Now place the beans and the tomato-minced meat mixture on the puff pastry. Cut the soft cheese into small cubes and scatter over the top. Grated cheese is fine, too! Bake the whole thing in the oven at 200°C for about 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is crispy and the cheese is melted and browned.
