Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 500 g pasta (spirelli)
- salt water
- 1 onion(s)
- 450 g vegetables (farmer’s vegetables, frozen)
- 1 jar mushrooms or fresh, sliced
- 400 g tomato sauce with basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
delicious as a main course or as a side dish
Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the onion. Sauté in a pan. Add the frozen vegetables and simmer until tender. Drain the mushrooms and stir in. Add the sauce and drained pasta and mix. Heat until hot and serve.
