Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Mix the ground beef with 1/2 chopped onion, the egg yolk, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, mustard, pepper, salt, and caraway seeds (you can also omit them). Then shape into balls and place them on skewers. Chop vegetables as desired (I used bell peppers, zucchini, onion rings, the remaining half onion, and half a sliced garlic clove), quarter the new potatoes, and place everything in a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with herbs. Let stand for 30 minutes. For the sauce, mix the natural yogurt with the finely chopped remaining garlic (you can also omit it) and the chopped mint. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice, if desired. Let stand for 30 minutes. Now place the skewers on the vegetables and cook everything in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180°C. After 10 minutes, stir the vegetables once.
