Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- 1 large kiwi(s), possibly 2 small ones
- 2 tbsp, heaped Skyr vanilla
- 1 tbsp, heaped oat flakes
- 250 ml milk
Instructions

Peel the banana and kiwi, wash the apple, and remove the stem, blossom, and core. Cut the fruit into pieces and place it in a blender. Add the skyr, oat flakes, and milk and blend on high for about 1 minute. This makes 2 glasses.
