- 1 portion Date, coconut and almond cream
- Puffed quinoa
- Desiccated coconut
- Cocoa nibs
- Spread any amount of the cream in silicone molds. Praline molds, chocolate bar molds or simply draw round circles on baking paper are suitable for this.
- Now you can sprinkle any toppings on it, e.g. puffed quinoa, cocoa nibs, desiccated coconut etc … The whole thing then comes in the freezer for about 2 hours. The confectionery can then be removed from the mold and stored in the refrigerator. Or you can leave it in the freezer and take it out if necessary.
