  • 1 portion Date, coconut and almond cream
  • Puffed quinoa
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Cocoa nibs
  1. Spread any amount of the cream in silicone molds. Praline molds, chocolate bar molds or simply draw round circles on baking paper are suitable for this.
  2. Now you can sprinkle any toppings on it, e.g. puffed quinoa, cocoa nibs, desiccated coconut etc … The whole thing then comes in the freezer for about 2 hours. The confectionery can then be removed from the mold and stored in the refrigerator. Or you can leave it in the freezer and take it out if necessary.
