  • 100 g Coconut flakes
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 150 g Powdered sugar
  • 65 g Quark lean
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Slowly add the powdered sugar and keep stirring. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Make small blobs with two teaspoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 150 ° C.
