filling smoothie with tea or coffee

Make the tea or coffee the night before and refrigerate it. I like to use mate tea and let it steep for a long time. The bananas should be very ripe. If you want your bananas to ripen quickly, you can put them in the oven at 150°C for about 20-30 minutes, until the skin turns black. The next morning, simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If the bananas were nice and ripe, I don’t need any added sweetener. The calorie count is for my version with mate tea and oat milk.
