Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (e.g. spiral pasta)
- olive oil
- 1 large onion(s), finely chopped
- 200 g cooked ham, diced
- 200 ml sweet cream
- 125 g grated cheese (e.g. Edam)
- 450 g creamed spinach, frozen, thawed
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the pasta as usual in salted water until al dente. For the sauce, fry the onions in oil until translucent, then add the cooked ham and let it sizzle a bit. Pour in the cream, melt the cheese in the sauce, and then add the spinach. Simmer until a creamy sauce forms. Season with salt, pour the sauce over the pasta, and serve.
