Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g Bavarian Leberkäse, diced
  • 1 gr. can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 large onion(s), diced
  • 200 g gravy
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche or 1 piece of butter
  • 500 g pasta of your choice (e.g. spirelli, spaghetti)
  • Fat for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Fry diced meatloaf. Add onion and brown. Add diced tomatoes and pour in the pan juices. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, then finish with crème fraîche or a knob of butter. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve with pasta. Tip: Variations with chili peppers and/or bell peppers or corn are easily possible.
