Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 500 g meat sausage
- 500 g minced meat
- 500 g pork goulash
- 500 g beef goulash
- 500 g tomatoes, chopped
- 500 g bell pepper(s), green
- 500 g bell pepper(s), yellow
- 500 g onion(s)
- 500 g smoked belly
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 bottle of spiced ketchup (shish kebab ketchup), 800 ml
- curry powder
- Chili powder or finely chopped fresh chili peppers
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes
Cut the onions and bell peppers into rings or strips. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into smaller pieces, depending on their size. Layer all ingredients in this order in a large roasting pan: – Beef goulash – Minced meat – Tomatoes – Bell peppers – Pork goulash – Onions – Pork sausage – Smoked belly – Mushrooms – Kidney beans – Shish kebab ketchup. Season with curry and chili to taste and simmer in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 2.5 hours with the lid on.
