Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 150 g gherkins
  • 1 kg gyros meat
  • 4 tbsp gyro seasoning
  • 200 g tomatoes, chopped
  • 150 ml chili sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Wash and chop the bell peppers and mushrooms. Peel the onions and chop them finely with the cucumbers. Combine the meat with all the ingredients in an ovenproof pot and season well. Cover and braise the deviled meat at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for one hour.
