Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g radish(s) (white)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 bunch of chives
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Peel the radish and cucumber, slice them thinly, and place them in a bowl. Dice the onion. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade, add the diced onion, pour over the radish and cucumber slices, and sprinkle with plenty of chives. Let the salad marinate for a good 2 hours.
