From the very little ones to the very big ones, everyone loves grandma’s thick pancakes

Heat the milk in a saucepan and soak the rolls until they are mushy. Transfer the soaked rolls to a bowl, add the eggs, and knead thoroughly (I always do this with my hands so I can tell if there are still large pieces of bread in the mixture). Add the chopped spring onions and season the mixture with a little salt. Heat the margarine or oil in a pan and fry the mixture into thick pancakes. Green salad goes best with this recipe. My family has been around for decades. I’ve been making these thick pancakes since I was a child, and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like them.
