Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 pack of vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
  • 350 g mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Casserole with mashed potatoes, minced meat and vegetables

Brown the minced meat until crumbly. Blanch the buttered vegetables and drain. Meanwhile, grease a casserole dish with oil. Line the sides of the dish with the mashed potatoes. Combine the fried minced meat and vegetables and place in the center of the dish. Finally, combine the cream with the cheese and pour over the casserole. Bake everything at approximately 200°C on the middle rack for approximately 25-30 minutes, until the crust is golden brown.
