Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup nuts, grated
  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add a splash of rum (optional). Blend thoroughly with a mixer and pour into a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes and let cool thoroughly.
