Larch Spirit

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of schnapps (grain, 38% vol.) and 1 handful of larch cones
  • n. B. sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

After the needles sprout, the larch produces red suppositories. These suppositories are collected and mixed with grain. For a good mixture, use a large handful of suppositories per liter of grain. The fermentation vessel should then be placed in a sunny spot for two months. After this time, filter the mixture and taste to see if you want to add a little more sugar solution. How sweet you make this liqueur is purely a matter of taste. Tip: The longer this spirit stays in the bottle, the better its flavor becomes.
