- 330 g apples, peeled, pitted, diced
- 40 g tomatoes, dried, diced
- 20 g hazelnuts, sliced
- 10 g chives, cut into small pieces
- 100 g mountain cheese (45%), grated
- 50 g sugar
- 70 g butter
- 70 g flour

Combine the apples, sun-dried tomatoes, hazelnuts, and chives in a bowl. Grease a casserole dish and pour in the contents. Combine the mountain cheese, sugar, butter, and flour in a mixing bowl and crumble them over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Serve with a hearty piece of meat.
