Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 330 g apples, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 40 g tomatoes, dried, diced
  • 20 g hazelnuts, sliced
  • 10 g chives, cut into small pieces
  • 100 g mountain cheese (45%), grated
  • 50 g sugar
  • 70 g butter
  • 70 g flour
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Combine the apples, sun-dried tomatoes, hazelnuts, and chives in a bowl. Grease a casserole dish and pour in the contents. Combine the mountain cheese, sugar, butter, and flour in a mixing bowl and crumble them over the apples. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Serve with a hearty piece of meat.
