Pizza muffins from the air fryer

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • possibly herbs, e.g. oregano, basil
  • ½ bell pepper(s), diced
  • Black olives, sliced
  • 100 g Gouda, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

quick and easy, about 10 muffins

First, mix the flour, dry yeast, salt, and herbs (if using) in a bowl. Then add the egg, milk, and olive oil. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Chop the bell pepper and black olives and knead them into the dough, adding some of the grated cheese. Then form the dough into small balls. I made 10 balls. Place these balls in muffin cups. Now place the muffins in the air fryer. I have a Princess XL, and I can fit 5 of the muffins in the basket. Then bake the pizza muffins at 180°C for 10 minutes. After the baking time, remove the muffins, sprinkle with some cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. The muffins can be prepared however you like (Hawaiian, salami, ham). Enjoy!
