Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 m.-sized chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 onion(s), sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- Peppercorns
- 4 bay leaves
- 3 pieces ginger, small
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients well and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes (until the chicken is nice and tender). If there’s too little liquid, add a little more vinegar and soy sauce. I suggest serving it with rice. Thyme could be added as an additional seasoning, but unfortunately, I haven’t tried it yet.
