Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g ostrich fillet(s)
- 1 mango(s)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of cream
- 50 g hazelnuts, chopped
- 3 tbsp honey acacia)
- 400 g rice
- 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
- 1 tsp sautéed coriander
- Salt
- pepper
- chili powder

Ostrich meat with mango and cherry tomatoes in curry cream
Cut the ostrich meat and mango into strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes and fry everything in a pan. Then deglaze with the cream and add the spices. Simmer for a while. Cook the rice in hot salted water, drain well, and toss with the acacia honey and chopped hazelnuts. Serve on a plate with the stew. Tip: Well-stocked supermarkets sell an African spice blend with curry, chili, and coriander, which works very well in this dish.
