Ajvar chickpea soup

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil or butter
  • 500 ml broth
  • 2 tbsp, heaped Ajvar
  • ½ jar of chickpeas (350 g each)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Sauté the diced onion in oil. Add the broth and ajvar. Stir and simmer briefly. Then add the chickpeas and simmer briefly. Finally, season to taste.
