Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 liters of water
  • Vegetable broth, instant
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pour 2 liters of water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the broth and dissolve it in the water. Separately, in a small bowl, combine the egg, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well. Then add to the boiling water and stir briefly. Bring to a boil again briefly and serve. Tip: The quantities of this garnish can be increased at any time.
