Instructions

for parties, barbecues, steaks, etc.

Cut the bread into cubes, peel and halve the garlic. Rub half a clove into the salad bowl. Wash the lettuce, spin dry, and cut or pick into bite-sized pieces. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil with the second half of the garlic in a pan, removing the garlic after 2 minutes. Add a little salt to the frying fat, add the bread cubes, and fry until crispy. Mix the mustard, the rest of the oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and pepper into a smooth dressing. Add the lettuce to the bowl. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and chopped egg on top, then pour the dressing over the salad. Finally, scatter the croutons over the salad. Tips: Also delicious with a little less garlic. Also delicious with grilled chicken breast or grilled salmon, or whatever else you can think of.
