Almond Butter Cookies

The perfect almond butter cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Soft butter
  • 100 g Almond butter
  • 160 g Raw cane powdered sugar or normal powdered sugar
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 drops Bitter almond flavor
  • 200 g Spelled flour type 630
  • 50 g Corn or cornstarch
  1. First knead all ingredients in a bowl with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to form a smooth dough. The butter should be very soft.
  2. Pluck off small portions with your hands and roll into cherry-sized balls. Place a little space on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat with a fork. At the same time, a beautiful groove pattern is created.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle rack for about 10 – 15 minutes until golden yellow. Then leave to cool on a wire rack. Then store in an airtight jar.
