Ingredients
- 80 g Butter
- 100 g Almond butter
- 160 g Raw cane powdered sugar or normal powdered sugar
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 drops Bitter Almond Flavoring
- 200 g Spelt flour type 630
- 50 g Corn or cornstarch
Instructions
- First knead all ingredients in a bowl with the dough hook of the hand mixer, then with your hands to form a smooth dough. The butter should be very soft.
- Pluck off small portions with your hands and roll into cherry-sized balls. Place a little space on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press flat with a fork. At the same time, a beautiful groove pattern is created.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees on the middle rack for about 10 - 15 minutes until golden yellow. Then leave to cool on a wire rack. Then store in an airtight jar.
