Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almond(s), peeled
  • some strawberries or raspberries
  • 4 scoops of ice cream (fruit ice cream of your choice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine the milk with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and almonds in a blender. Then pour into glasses and serve garnished with the fruit and ice cream. Tip: The almonds will be especially finely ground if they are blended first.
