Almond Panna Cotta

The perfect almond panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 80 g Maldelsplitter
  • 500 ml Cream
  • 4 sheet Gelatin
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 5 g Amaretto
  • 12 sheet Mint
  • 1 piece Orange
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 1 piece Lemon
  1. Roast the almond slivers in a pan and caramelize with the sugar.
  1. Deglaze with the amaretto and pour in the cream, add a pinch of vanilla powder. Then bring to the boil briefly and let cool for three minutes. In the meantime, soak the gelatine sheets. Then squeeze out the swollen leaves. Add the cooled cream to the gelatin until it has completely dissolved.
  1. Pour the still warm liquid into dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least an hour. Finally cut the orange into fillets. Garnish the panna cotta with orange fillets and mint leaves. Put lemon peel on top for freshness. Enjoy your meal!
