Amaranth Quinoa Flatbreads

- 100 g Amaranth flour
- 70 g Quinoa flour
- 30 g Cornstarch
- 30 g Millet flour
- 20 g Chestnut flour
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 1 Tartar baking powder
- 0,25 piece Tofu firm
- 150 ml Water
- Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk the tofu with the water and add to the flour mixture.
- Beat the dough well for a long time. The gluten-free flours take longer to absorb liquid.
- Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet – 5 small flatbreads.
- Bake at 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
