  • 100 g Amaranth flour
  • 70 g Quinoa flour
  • 30 g Cornstarch
  • 30 g Millet flour
  • 20 g Chestnut flour
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Tartar baking powder
  • 0,25 piece Tofu firm
  • 150 ml Water
  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Whisk the tofu with the water and add to the flour mixture.
  2. Beat the dough well for a long time. The gluten-free flours take longer to absorb liquid.

  4. Bake at 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
