Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 sheets of gelatin
- 500 g quark
- 200 g cream
- 40 g chocolate coating, whole milk
- 120 g butter
- 3 packets of vanilla sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g chocolate shavings
- 150 g biscuits (amaretti biscuits)
- 250 g strawberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes
Chop the chocolate coating into small pieces. Crumble the amaretti biscuits and mix with the butter and chocolate coating. Transfer the mixture to a 24 cm springform pan. Let it set in the refrigerator. Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar and let it rest. Soak the gelatin in 3 tablespoons of cold water. Mix the quark and 2 packets of vanilla sugar. Squeeze out the gelatin, dissolve it in 3 tablespoons of hot water, and stir it into the quark mixture. Whip the cream with 1 packet of vanilla sugar until stiff. Fold the cream and chocolate shavings into the quark mixture, reserving some for decoration. Cut the strawberries into pieces and place them on the base, reserving some for decoration. Spread the quark mixture onto the base and refrigerate for about 3 hours. Decorate with dollops of cream, chocolate shavings, and strawberries.
