Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter biscuits
  • 100 g butter
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g cream
  • 180 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 2 packs of cake glaze, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes

for a springform pan, makes about 12 pieces

Crumble the biscuits and mix with melted butter until smooth. Press the biscuits into a springform pan lined with baking paper and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine the cream cheese, low-fat quark, cream, egg, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice; whisk until creamy. Spread the mixture over the base and bake for 45 minutes. Let the cake cool. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and arrange them over the cooled cheesecake. Prepare the icing according to the instructions and spread it over the cake. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
