Amosov’s Paste – To Increase Immunity

One of the simplest and most delicious ways to get better, increase the body’s resistance, and help your main engine – the heart – is to use Amosov’s vitamin paste, which is rightly recognized as a real source of vitamins, antioxidants, and trace elements.

Pasta Amosov (named after the famous academician) is a mixture of dried fruits. It is recommended to use it to strengthen the body, after operations and to restore strength after any illness.

Ingredients:

  • dried apricots – 250 g.
  • raisins from dark grapes – 250 g.
  • dried prunes (NOT dried) – 250 g.
  • figs – 250 g.
  • walnut – 1 glass.
  • lemon – 1 pc.
  • natural honey – field, mountain, meadow, flower, May – 250 g.

Preparation of Amosov paste

Wash the dried fruits and pass them through a meat grinder or grind them in a blender. Peel, grind, or chop the nuts. Wash the lemons, cut them into pieces, remove the seeds and grind them in a blender. Combine all ingredients, pour honey, and mix.

It can be stored for several months in the refrigerator.

Application of Amosov’s paste

The mixture can be consumed on an empty stomach or after a meal (so as not to irritate the stomach and intestines), 1 tbsp. spoons 3 times a day. For children, depending on age, 1 teaspoon or a dessert spoon. The course is best held twice a year – in spring and autumn.

Amosov paste has practically no contraindications. Unless – intolerant of the products included in it. Diabetics should be used with caution and after consultation with a doctor.
