Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Apples
  • 1 kg Red onions
  • 750 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Sal de Ibiza
  • 0,5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Curry powder
  • 200 g Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onions and finely dice them. Quarter the apples, remove the core and cut into pieces.
  • Bring the vinegar, salt, cayenne pepper, sugar and curry powder to the boil. Add the apple pieces and onion cubes as well as the raisins, stir everything well and bring to the boil.
  • Let the whole thing simmer over medium heat for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Fill into storage jars rinsed with hot water, close tightly and let cool upside down.
