Apple – Onion Chutney with Pickled Green Pepper

  • 1 kg Elstar apples
  • 2 Onion
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 150 g Balsamic white
  • 350 g Cider
  • 3 tbsp Green pepper from the glass
  • 2 tsp Salt
  1. Peel and dice the apples. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan and boil down thickly on a low flame. Then fill to the brim in twist-off glasses and allow to cool.
