Apple – Onion Chutney with Pickled Green Pepper

- 1 kg Elstar apples
- 2 Onion
- 200 g Sugar
- 150 g Balsamic white
- 350 g Cider
- 3 tbsp Green pepper from the glass
- 2 tsp Salt
- Peel and dice the apples. Peel the onions and cut into fine cubes. Put all ingredients in a sufficiently large saucepan and boil down thickly on a low flame. Then fill to the brim in twist-off glasses and allow to cool.
