Apple Cream Cheese Cake

The perfect apple cream cheese cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 210 g Sugar
  • 115 g Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 170 g Cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 185 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 Apples
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
  1. In a bowl, beat the butter and cream cheese until frothy. Gradually add 210 g of sugar and the lemon juice. Finally stir in the eggs. In another bowl you mix the flour, baking powder and salt together. You add this flour mixture to the butter / cream cheese mixture. The apples are peeled and cut into cubes. These are tossed in a bowl with the sugar and cinnamon until the sweet mixture sticks to them. Add the apples to the batter. Finally, put the dough in the pre-greased springform pan, sprinkle with the remaining sugar / cinnamon and put in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 65-75 minutes.
