Apple in Pancake Batter

The perfect apple in pancake batter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Also:

  • 125 ml Oat milk
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 1 Msp Cinnamon
  • 1 Msp Cardamom
  • 2 tsp Coconut blossom sugar or birch sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Melt coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Nut butter
  • 2 Pc. Tart apples
  • Coconut oil for frying
  1. Mix the specified ingredients with the whisk to form a lump-free dough. Cut out the core of the peeled apples in the middle. Cut the apples into thin slices.
  2. Heat some coconut oil in a pan and pull the apple rings through the batter. Bake on both sides over medium heat. The holes in the middle of the apple can still be filled with batter.
  3. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with cinnamon sugar or drizzle with a little maple syrup or honey. The pancakes are sweet enough for me.
