Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 bottle of bitter almond oil
- 3 apples
- 90 g soft wheat semolina
- 90 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- e.g. Flavdrops (vanilla)
- n. B. Cinnamon powder
- almond flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
without sugar, flour, butter or oil
Mix all ingredients, except the apples and almonds, into a batter. Pour the batter into a silicone baking pan. Chop the apples into small pieces and lightly press the pieces into the batter. Sprinkle the almond slivers on top. If you like, you can also sprinkle some cinnamon over the apples. Bake the cake at 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit) until golden brown. This takes about 40 minutes, depending on your oven. Let the cake cool. If you like, you can also sprinkle powdered sugar on top. The entire cake has about 1600 kcal, depending on the size of the apples and how many almond slivers you sprinkle on top.
