Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • n. B. lemon zest
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 200 g apricot(s), halved, pitted
  • 3 tbsp almond flakes
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 37 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 7 minutes

Combine butter, sugar, and egg in a foamy mixture. Add salt and lemon zest, and stir in the flour and baking powder. Stir in enough milk so that the batter falls easily from a spoon. Pour the batter into a greased 20cm springform pan or the air fryer baking pan, arrange the apricot halves on top, and sprinkle with the flaked almonds. Bake in the air fryer at 160°C for 37 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
