Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 250 g Parmesan, grated, approx. 1.5 – 2 cups
- 280 g creamed spinach, frozen, thawed
- 400 g artichoke hearts, drained
- 220 g sour cream
- 350 g cream cheese
- 85 g mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 degrees Fahrenheit). Chop the artichoke hearts as finely as possible and then mix them with the Parmesan and spinach. Combine the cream, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic with a hand mixer; gradually stir in the artichoke and spinach mixture. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes.
