Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 serving of arugula, 20-30 g
  • 1 pointed pepper, red
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 spring onion(s)
  • 10 g Parmesan
  • 10 green olives
  • white wine vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cut the spring onions, peppers, tomatoes, and olives into the desired shapes, tear the arugula or cut it in half, and place everything in a bowl. Thinly slice the Parmesan cheese and crumble it over the other ingredients. Add the olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper and mix to combine.
